Each person has unique biochemical needs and challenges. Depending on our genetics, our diet, lifestyle habits or any drugs we take, we may have an increased need for specific nutrients. Nutritional therapy uses vitamins, minerals, and other substances found in foods to meet your individual needs. I help my patients determine what, if any, nutrients need supplementing, the amounts they should be taking, and when to expect results. In most cases nutritional therapy is a short term tactic in the larger strategy of developing healthier eating habits.
An initial consultation is required before treatments to obtain your medical history and determine which therapies are best suited for you.
